Who we are

Agoriva ("we", "us") operates this website. We are the data controller for personal information collected through it. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and order details. When you contact us we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal on their own systems.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil your order, to arrange delivery, to provide customer support, to meet our legal obligations (including tax and accounting records), and to prevent fraud.

Sharing with suppliers

Some products are dispatched directly by a supplier on our behalf. Where that applies, we pass that supplier only the delivery details necessary to send your parcel.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to record how the website is used. Google processes this on our behalf, and may do so outside the United Kingdom. It is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. What is collected, and how to switch it off, is set out on our Cookies page.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to satisfy UK tax requirements. Contact messages are kept for two years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us to exercise any of these.
