Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Cost and speed

Delivery is charged separately from the price of the goods, and is shown as its own line in your basket and again at checkout before you pay. The amount depends on the weight of the parcel.

Most orders are dispatched within three working days and arrive 7 to 15 days from the day you order. Items held in a UK warehouse usually arrive sooner. The estimate that applies to your own basket is shown with the delivery line at checkout.

Orders sent in several parcels

Some items are dispatched directly from a supplier. If your order contains items from more than one source, it will arrive in separate parcels, sometimes a few days apart. Each parcel is charged and itemised separately in your order summary, so you can see exactly what the delivery on each one costs, and you will receive tracking for each parcel as it ships.

Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as each parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after you receive it.

Problems

If a parcel has not arrived within a few days of the latest estimate, contact us and we will chase it or send a replacement.
