These terms

These terms apply when you buy from this website. Please read them before ordering.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will contact you and refund you in full rather than fulfil the order.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Some orders are dispatched in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days, because items may come from different locations. You are not charged more for this.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, and return them within a further 14 days. See our Returns page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
